Does a Honda Accord have automatic *AND* stick shift at the same time?

Does a 1990-1993 Honda Accord have automatic AND stick, because it has 1, 2, D3, D4?!?! My father has an Infiniti Q45 and he can put it in *1* and if he's driving fast, it slows down really fast?? Can I do the same if I buy a 1990-1993 Honda Accord automatic? Can I use the automatic shift knob, almost, just like my father's or like a stick, but then still able to put it back into D4, which is regular automatic?So...does my father have stick or automatic or does he just have the regular automatic thing?

The answer to this question is no. You can control an automatic by shifting through gears instead of drive or overdrive. But back that far the answer is no. Just a few years ago they started making semi automatic transmissions in which the driver gets the option of controlling the rpms of an automatic, but if you don't watch rpms(tachometer) you will fry something.
