all but all the power is on i hello i have problem with my honda my honda accord coupe 1999 it dosent start at all but all the power is on i mean the lighta will turn on the windows works the radio works but car will not start even not given any sound when i try to turn on the car

it could be the starter, maybe loose wires or something like that. i'm not sure how much that would cost to repair, sorry.
