It could be a bad seal on the door or window.

Check under your hood at the firewall to make sure no grommets around the wiring are missing. Or its possible your hvac housing drain is clogged and is filling up the case. Ary you running your a/c or defrost when it happens? Maybe rusted out floor pan

It must be your front window's seal.

Four suggestions (1)On a heavy down pour, be inside the car to see if you can see where the water is coming from. (2)Have a helper use the garden hose and spray water on the right side while you sit in the car looking for the leak. (3)With you inside the car, run the car through an automatic car wash. (4)Make sure the drain holes in the cowl post and the door drains are open.
