Honda accord help!?

We have a 2002 HONDA ACCORD SE, this has happened with all the hondas we have owned but what is this part...and how much does it cost to repair..the picture is on the following link http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=52z0qpu and http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=67cxldv please help thank u...i will give the first person to answer correctly the ten points as soon as i can..i am concerned because this has been dragging on the street for a while now...and there are only like 2 screws left and this is connected directly to the front bumper..if it gets stuck on the ground it will tear off the bumper...

It's just a plastic guard under the car. Hondas generally ride rather low, so you have to be very careful when going over potholes, down steep driveways, etc. If you take it slow, you generally won't have this problem. However, as someone who's had this problem for approximately 6 years, it's not a big deal. The only reason to repair it is really cosmetic. Not necessary at all.

it is just a protector for the engine compartment lower...have someone drill two new holes to hold it!

You have nothing to worrie about, as answered previously, it purpose is to protect the engine from water and minor road debris. If you would like a new one I believe the dealership charge about $100.00 without installation. Good Luck
