Honda bad car crash ratings?

I heard that they have horrible crash ratings. It that true. And that the parts are made of plastic? True or no?

not triying to b rude but toyota are better!!!

They have 5 star crash ratings, and lots of cars have parts made of plastic, do you want the inside to be made of steel, and do you want the extra gas costs from steel bumpers? Even Mercedes have plastic bumpers.

Honda = death in a box ... LOL

Their ratings aren't amazing but they're okay - 4 stars is about average. and yes they are mostly plastic, because the plastic is so much lighter they get better gas mileage. why don't you get a nice american car like Ford, Dodge or Chrysler?

i don't really like honda, i would go with Toyota or a Volvo if you are really concerned about safety.

.....Yes and no, but some cars, like the Civic or the Accord are fine either way. They have okay crashing rates, and some parts are plastic, just as with any car. But if you were to look at other car companies that are affordable, Honda is one of the best to go with.

Well as far as I know, that is absolutely incorrect. Hondas are top of the line vehicles and that is the reason why they have the highest resale value.
