I have Honda Accord. I hit a speed bump and a leakage started, seems like...

...water.AC is making noise now.??? After hitting the speed bump, there had been leakage from mid- bottom of the car. It doesn't have smell or color, it looks like water. When I am turning AC on, it started make noise, so I turned it off. There hasn't been any increase from cold to hot in the controll panel. What would be the problem, or the damaged part.. Aproximatly how much will it cost. it is 2003 Accord LX with 25 K mileage. San Diego/CA

If you can discribe the noise a little better it will help us give a better answer. Is it a rattle, Squeel, Hum, grinding noise. Something to discribe the sound. Does it happen every time you turn the AC on? are you still getting good cool air out of the AC? This information will have a great impact on your cost to repair. Thanks.

The leaking water is normal from the ac drain tube when the ac is turned on, it is normally situated above the transmission.Sometimes they block up, that's when you start to get water leaking onto your carpets. As far as the noise in the ac goes, I would check the ac compressor mounting bolts and make sure they are tight. The other thing would be to remove the ac belt, turn the ac on to engage the electric clutch and turn the compressor by hand and see what it feels like.Hope this helps good luck.
