I just bought a 2003 Honda Accord and my dash lights on the radio?

are not lighting up. The instrument cluster's light work fine but the console part with the radio does not light up. Also my little sensor that tells the lights to turn on when it gets dark does not work also. Could this be a fuse?

it could be. but instead of worying about it you should just take it to ur mechanic. U dont really have to take it to the honda dealership cuz they are usually expensive. take it to a nearby private mechanic or something and see what can be done. it shouldnt be a major problem

Well if it is still under Warranty then take it back to the dealership you bought it from and have them take a look at it. It should be free to fix!

That sounds like a fuse problem. There is usually one for the Cluster and one for the radio area. I would check it out first before going to a mechanic. The fuse box is located just below your steering wheel on the left side. You can't miss it! When you flip the cover, you'll see the layout and you can just map out the radio fuse interior lighting....check the lights set. There is a tool that can be used to pull out the fuses. Found next to the fuse holders. Just take a 15 mins and check it. You might go to a shop and they'll want to rip you off. For something like this its not that bad. If all the fuses are fine, then I'd go to a shop.P.S. there is also a fuse box in the engine but check the one mentioned above first. If everything thing is fine, I can walk you through the other one. This is my opinion though! If you would rather hav someone else do it then check out the shop as mentioned by the other ppl.Hope this was good though! atleast you have some idea.
