Don't know what model you have. If it had been a fuse, then it would not have affected both types of light. And it's unlikely that it's a bulb issue, as there are more than one out. Look for a wiring problem on the left side (start at the harness under the front bumper).

If the right side blinks faster than usual, you could have a light out, replace the light and see if it makes a difference. Check the fuse panel, too. If both of those are ok, it could be a short in the wire.

Most cars are set up so the left (front & back) and right (front & back) turn signals are wired together. If your light bulb goes out, front or back, the entire side will be affected. Check to see wether the bulbs are bad. If they are still intact, check your fuse box. The fuse box will be located under the drivers side dash, and another located right next to your battery.
