Ok.. I have a nice 1996 Honda accord automatic.. I want to put an H22 motor in it...?

Ok.. I have a nice 1996 Honda accord automatic.. I want to put an H22 motor in it...?
I want to know how much it would cost for the tranny swap as well as the engine swap... OR better yet.. just the motor.. becuz i can put the transmission later... I'm just seeing how much it would cost.. I like the accord.. but i want more HP.. and its not V-tec... 
so if you can help me or direct me towards a website where I can get help.... It would be greatly appreciated.
