Rear Seat Belt in my 06 Accord?
 

I've never sat in the rear seat of my 06 Honda Accord, yesterday, I noticed the seat belts in the rear seat is kind of missing by that I mean just the locking gadget, I've got for the middle and the seat behind the driver, however, the one on the other end seems to be missing or am I missing something...
