Would a 18 inch rim fit a 1999 accord? i have 4 bolt pattern.?

Just get a 4 bolt pattern 18 inch rim if your wheel arch lets you fit it.

My sis has 2001 Accord (same body and lug pattern) and Has 18's on it at stock ride height and has no fitment issues. Just make sure you don't get a ridiculously low offset when buying your wheels and don't get go with anything wider then 8in and it should fit fine. My sis runs 225/40/18 in terms of tire size and i didn't have to mod a thing. The car should be lowered though, it looks like an suv with 18's at stock ride height. Just my 2cents, hope this helps
