2001 Civic LX Sedan question about interior
 

I want to take out my factory stereo and put in a system. How do I get the stereo out w/o tearing up my interior? Also any hot spots to go through the firewall to get my wires through. I am also interested in some LED headlights. Any good companies to check out?
