89 honda civic troubles

okay last summer i stalled my car pulling into my garage.. i bumped the wall.. after that it has not started and i have put many new parts in it.. starter battery changed all the fuses new battery connectors and i finally started it today.. it ran for about 15 20 minutes n shut off.. i turned it back on and it ran for like 3 minutes n puttered my indicator lights turned on it said check engine and died.. now when i turn the key it either fires up and the indicator lights turn on and it shuts right off.. or it just putters till the lights come on n it turns off.. but.. its also not getting fuel.. its not comming out of the hoses .. not sure if the pump is gone and i dun wanna pay 150 to fix it if its not the problem.. starter n battery set me back a bunch.. so i was asking if its like the computer saying i bumped something and telling my car to turn off and not sending fuel .. and if i can reset it and how..or if it is infact a blown fuel pump..... sorry for the life story i wanted to leave as many details as possible to help with the answer ... THANK YOU

Check on the main fuel relay , Driverside wheel well panel area.
H had a notice eons ago on the main fuel relay acting up. I have found that you can open them up and resolder the circuit board where the copper tends to crack or soldered joints are not contacting properly. Good luck
