use an impact gun (air tool) that should get it off. Sometimes if that doesn't work then use an air chizel to cut the nut, but if you haven't ever used one, than don't do it. You will end up hitting the threads underneth and ruining the axle.

OK, I'm going to assume you're trying to get a LUG NUT off the WHEEL or RIM. I bet you jacked it up first didn't ya? Jack it back down. Spray all the lug nuts with WD-40 or any light oil. Even some oil off the dipstick is fine. Let it soak in. Now loosen the lug nuts while the tire is on the ground! You may have to use your foot (with a BOOT on!) to get the tire iron to move. Then jack it up- take 'em off the rest of the way. Reverse process to put it back on. Snug lug nuts on in the air after replacing tire- jack it down and tighten them hard while it's on the ground.
