99 civic AC problem?
 

When the car is idling and the compressor turns on it begins to idle erratically. As long as the car is moving 10mph or more, the ac runs fine and cold, but only when coming to a stopping point, and the compressor turns on, the engine begins to idle erratically as if it is going to stall.
