b16 head on either b18c or b18c5 block
 

hey guy i have a b16 head and i wanted to swap out the block to either a b18c or b18c5 which one would you guyz suggest for power gains and reliability issue ..... also i dont care about ls-vtec or b20-vtec i just dont trust they are ment to be together. So just stick to topic plz.
