They probably can. Most cars do. Maybe depends on the year. Try calling a dealer. My mom has a honda and it has AC. Maybe you can buy it or get it as an addition. GOOD LUCK. Oh and idk why they dont have AC. But you can probably get somewheres i wou;ldnt worry. If you are saying is there an engineering reason why.. idk but prob not. They probably took it out to reduce weight on the car. The same reason why many modified civic don't have power windows, moonroof, power steering. It's all about being light and faster.
