CDN S2000 pricing

US S2000 costs $34,050
CDN S2000 costs $49,800
It made sense when US/CDN conversion rate was around 1.6 but now it is down to 1.18. S2000 should cost around $40,200. That's almost 10K difference these days. or 25%!

Will Honda adjust it's pricing matrix for S2K like it did for the Si/SiR?

Why dont you ask honda.

hott-nix 07-24-2006 03:38 PM

there have been some in the auto trader lately for $25K and under with higher milage

I've even seen the odd one hover around $22,000....just subscribe to autotraders notification thingamajiger

Also, it may be a long shot, but importing the cars into Canada might cost more as well as the R&D required to make the car street legal in Canada? Just throwing out ideas...

I'm selling mine for $28,000 with 38,000km if anyone is interested

Its good to import the car from the states nowadays...and there are many used one with low milege for a cheap price!!

A guy I know who works at a Honda dealership says they've been consistently adding a couple grand to the price tag every year.
