Clutch Issues..HELP

Having some weird issues with my clutch..on a 93 honda cx.

Normally..up until tonight on my way home from work..The clutch would be firm and would disengage by pushing it in maybe 20%. Well suddenly I drove home from work today. And it feels like "something" disconnected..I dont know. The clutch doesn't disengage now until its almost all the way to floor..as before it would disengage almost right away. It's very soft now, doesn't feel right.

It still grabs..but is sometimes hard to get it into 1st now..really have to give it a good push.

Any help would be great

Thanks

btw..would my car be cable or hydraulic clutch???

Try bleeding it.

Thanks for all of the help guys!

So upon inspection..I must have a leak somewhere..as my clutch fluid was basically empty. I filled it. Clutch seems to be back to normal. I havent had time to bleed it yet though, so there is probably still air in the lines.
However, could not spot the leak anywhere! I had a buddy have a look while I was pushing on the clutch and didn't see any drips or anything. So if it is a leak..it's a very slow one.

Couldn't tell ya. Ive only owned this car for roughly 4 weeks, so I really have no idea. It grabs very well, it has never slipped. So I wouldn't think its old or in need of replacing anyway.
