I am removing my control arms to install new urethane bushings but the sleeve inside the rubber bushing is siezed solid to the bolt (rust),the car is a 1989 so there is a fair bit of rust on the car,i am building a race car so i am doing everything possible, any help on the siezed sleeve and how to get that bolt out would be appreciated.

Lots and lots and lots of rust pentrant. Try using the new CRC FreezeOff stuff. It chills the metal making it contracts. If you have room, install the nut on the end of the bolt and hammer the bolt backwards. It takes a long time and a lot of juice to free them up. Vibration is the key though. Rust pentrant works best with vibration.
