Does taking wheel off and adjusting camber (no parts actually taken off), affect

the toe and caster of a car? I am using an Ingalls Smart Arm Link, that can adjust camber without removing any suspension parts.Rear suspension only. I driver a 2003 Honda Civic. I will have my alignment done professionally, but want to adjust my camber by myself. The place I am going to charges $50-60 per wheel for camber adjustment. As a rule, yes any modifications/adjustments to one will have some effect on the other settings.
