Evolution lowering springs!

hey guys i made few calls and came cross Evolition lowering springs for $310 install included. I was wondering if anyone heard of this brand or had any experience with it?? is there such thing as evolution springs for civics?? Thx for your opinions... if not what springs would you recommend around 2 bills?

This is for Honda civic SI 2003 coupe!
