Extended warranty claim denied by Honda Canada please chime in
 

I recently had a very bad experience with Honda Plus and Parkway Honda in Toronto.

To make a long story short, I had three problems that were initially declined by Honda Plus and Parkway Honda even though my van had extended warranty coverage.

After visiting two dealerships four times in one month and numberous phone calls to Honda Plus, it turned out that Honda Plus screwed up big time with their computer system. Basically no updates were made to the online system that the SA's use so all the parts were listed as covered under the factory 3yr/60000km only.

If you had a similar experience please chime in. I think something should be done for people to recover their costs that should have been paid by Honda Plus.

What I am also mad is that Parkway Honda is so incompetent. They did not even take the effort to chase down the issue. Meanwhile they are selling the extended warranty.

Two thumbs up to Number 7 Honda. Everyone I dealt with over there is very professional and courteous, and they solved my problems!
