Which is a good cat-back to get?

I'm doing some step-by-step upgrading to my 99 Civic and was wanting some ideas on what will be a good cat-back exhaust to get. I don't want it to be too loud, but i do want a throaty sound if possible.

TSUDO CAT BACK usually comes with a silencer.

I like the Greddy Sp2 Exhaust system and the Tsudo catback one. Every catback is basically loud thats why its called that. You might as well just use a silencer. Go with the sp2 or Tsudo.

If your not redoing your whole car performance setup then don't get the megan from above.

I put a MagnaFlow cat back exhaust on my '01 civic. It's loud enough for me to be happy with it and feel the power, without interfering with the conversation I'm having in the cabin. Also, it doesn't have that high pitched whine that a lot of others do. I absolutely hate that whine (sounds like a weed whacker).
