GSR turbo into Delsol- throttle body Identification help
Hey guys I have a 95 del sol that was originally equipped with a a b16a3 motor and turboed it ... well it finally gave in. .. now i have gsr motor and mated it with my b16 tranny and gave it new rings and bearings and its back in the car.... I have a few questions as to what solenoid.. is on the gsr throttle body and how to wire/ hook it up in my existing harness. and hoses. My ecu has a new eprom chip for my new setup and i jsut need help on this one last thing. The first picture is of the solenoid/ component i dont know how to hook into the system, as well , the pic displays the un connected hose (tan) which im assuming hooks onto the open male end (purple) on the solenoid. again im assuming that this soledoid opens from a signal (green) and allows the vaccuum to cycle? http://photos-933.ll.facebook.com/ph...93585_1199.jpg
The second picture is of the b16 motor where the (tan) hose came from. http://photos-933.ll.facebook.com/ph...93586_2007.jpg any help on this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers Dan |

how do i find out where to solder this evap solenoid harness from an OBDII to 'my' OBD I, does it piggy back on something else? where is the specific spot?
Thanks |
Is there anyone out there that knows where to solder an Evap solenoid into a harness for this GSR swap .
I mean the harness from the B16 and the B18 are essentially the same, are they not? Please I need to correct this deficiency prior to the arrival of spring as im heading to the Dyno for turbo tuning. |
