Gutted Sedan
 

i got a EF sedan(1989) and i complelty gutted it like no carpet no back seats no back seat belts.ect all i have in there is the two front seats ...now my question is what is needed to pass safety..iam geting a fake one done but i wanna know what can be there and what doesnt have to incase i get pulled over or w/e..any help would be great thanks

i believe you will need these at mininum if an officers stops you:

working horn
working signals
working brake lights
door handles
proper ride height
seat belts
glass windows (no cracks)


ive heard stories that if the car came with back seats, you need them in there.

see, that im unsure of. maybe someone can google or post the requirements. I dont have em off hand

u must have the seat belts installed even if theres no seat

oh k kool yah i can toss the seat belts back in but i dont want any back seats do i have to have them since its a 4 door?
