H22 civic swap suspension

can you use just ragular suspension for a civic when doing a h22 swap into one or does it have to be upgraded to like integra springs?

Alright well i am not sure what specific civic you are talking about. I can;t seem to find any Oem spring rates around, but if you take the curb weight and divide by 4 then it can roughly give you an idea. There is a list of curb weights stickied at the top of the honda/acura section. I know this is not very accurate, but its the best you could do for a short solution. I personally would go with a adjustable aftermarket suspension. I recommend PIC coilovers as they are a self developing company with awsome band for buck.

+1. and with an h22 being in it it'll be a little nose heavy. PIC have 3 options for sping rate and since you have that motor i'd reccommend getting something a little stiffer
