uninformed person commenting about what he doesnt know...
For the money your gonna spend go a lil more than both set ups but be happy im not talking much maybe 100 - 200 bucks ish...

GSR HEAD--------> smaller CC's means more compression better burn
Out of the box a B16 and Type R head flow a bit better due to a lil bit of porting....
Your taking cams out anyways so...Get a machine shop to do a mild port and polish and 3 angle valve job...Will make a world of difference...Better than the 2 above...
And last but not least if your gonna use a camshaft at least use something like A crower stage 1's
If your using a LS bottom end you'll be laughing but thing is your bottom end really isnt designed to rev to the capabilities of your head so...

Its up to you...

B16 HEAD ASSEMBLED ---->400 ISH 400 ish for ITR cams $800 total
Type R head -----> 550 - 600 ish complete stock
GSR HEAD-----> 250 ISH, machining 300, cams $400, ITR intake springs $100 = $1050
Lil bit more money but it'll be one hell of a performer believe me
