Which head combo is best with my B18c1?

Which head combo is best with my B18c1?
I have a 2000 GSR (B18c1), complete with GSR head, cam, ITM, TB, etc...
I also have a complete JDM B16a2 head, with the JDM cam, ITM, TB, etc...
Between these two, which is the best combo in the quarter mile?
Some guys say the JDM B16a2 head and JDM ITM with the GSR cam on the B18c1 Block is favorable.
What say you?
