Help!!

hey,

I have an Integra LS-VTEC with GSR internals, that was just put together with brand new parts. How ofter am i suppose to change the oil, and what would be the PROPER procedure of filling the coolant...I do on occasionally beat it a bit (with former engines), and i think that would make a difference when it comes to how often to change the oil...also, what kind of oil would you recommend....

Thanks

Johan

Usew synthetic, change it every 3000 Kilometers..and you'll be fine.

Coolant, fill it only to your car's specs, usually the overflow tank will have guidelines as to how much you should fill it up..dont overfill or underfill, and use a proper mixture of water/coolant depending on the season.

remember you have to change your oil every 3000km and use syn oil you paid good money for the engine now dont crap out on changing the oil like you did on your last one

my guess would be if its a sir head and sir internals (valve springs and retainers) then you would have the same redline as a sir
anyone?
