Im having some electrical problems. a short somewhere. and my brake will not
 

release.? I have a 94 Acura Legend. My short will take out my dash lights, my rear right tail light, and my mirror controls. My friend does a temporary fix, but it will eventually go out. Now everysince that started happening, other things started messing up like my brakes. Now when I press the brake, it wont release out of gear, my brake lights wont come on and if I use my automatic start, It wont shut off like its suppose to when I hit the brake. To start my car I first have to put my key in the key release to release the gear out of park, then hold it, then start it so i can put it in drive. Now I have heard a few things. Some people think its the automatic start causing problems.
