Integra suspension

Does anyone know which method would be better to take on a 90 - 93, 4 door integra. I dont know if i should do springs, or coil overs. I want the least amount of bounce as possible.

what are your goals with the car?
drag racing?
auto x?
street?

whats your budget? these are all key things to post to help people answer your post

obviously a full coil over is better... but if u dont have the money a lowering spring will give u a decint ride... but u will need a after market shock

Personaly i would go with a mild coil over setup
tein flex are a very good choice do not over do it
i put tein N1 on my car and i hated myself for that
i decided to put back the old setup i had(stock type R shockd with hr sports spring) becaus we have bad roads around here
next sumer i will put tein flex on my car

tein basics are the best coiler over for the money with auto adjusting shocks there an amazing ride.

find a spring with a decent spring rate and get a strut that works well with the spring rate or get a full coilover intended for a DA. the sleeve coilovers tend to be a little stiff for my liking since they're pretty much generalized for most hondas. i have a DA with Tein SS and they're awsome i have it on full stiff but it's still not as stiff as Koni yellow setup. how much of a drop to you want? if you're on a tight budget go for Tein S-tech springs and KYB AGX struts.

Hint: use EF struts all round. they're a bit shorter so you won't bottom out the strut and you'll have adjustability on all 4 corners. can't agx rears for a DA.
