Just Bought B16a Integra Need Helpppp!!!

I just grabbed a 91 integra gs w/ b16a engine and a s1 tranny, it ran fine yesterday and in the morning, but on my way home it started to sputter only between 1k - 2.5k rpms. So the check engine light came on, i drove it around the block because it only sputterd when i was at a stop so i was seeing if it would do it again, it did it twice and the power didn't seem smooth. Came on the net researched what the possible problem can be, some other people had problems with the distributor, so i checked it and it looked new, than i started it up again and the engine light was off, so i drove around and it seemed alright, so i decided to check the ecu, and i got 9 short flashes. problem is i don't know what ecu i have, so i can't find the correct code. the rev limit is only 6900 so what is that telling me? how do i find out what ecu i have? and i looked at the engine and there is a sensor that isn't plugged in, what is this telling me?

EDITTT !!! just found out my ecu is a pr4 which is the stock ls/gs ecu . . . it make sense now, because the vtech is engaged with a switch . . . . that's why the asshat said oh i like to engage the vtech at 4.5k rpm, yeah the focker didn't have the right ecu, so now what do i do? what is a good ecu for a b16a engine, and is this the cause of the sputter . . . although it's only at the low rpm ? ? ?

get the ecu socketed so you can use a custom chip, or find yourself a pr3 or pw0

i had the same setup and a pr4 is prolly the only direct plug in computer that they have...so i really dont think its cuz its the wrong computer

it very well could be it.. a LS is not the proper set up for a B16 get the porper computer and start from there
