k24?
whats the difference between the k24 crv bottem end
and the k24 TSX bottem end is there a real difference n which is better for doin the k24/k20 type S setup or again no difference? thanks guys |
The TSX K24 I heard is supposed to have a stronger block and is better for boosting. The crv motors have a tendency to break alot easier then the tsx blocks from what ive seen. Check out www.k20a.org if you want some more info. Thats where I look up my k20 info and . Its a good site and you'll lean lots from it:smilie_da

but doesnt the crv block have a lower compression ratio or is it the same thing
is gettin a k24 bottem n puttin a type S head better or is it the same thing |
Generally poeple want a k24 bottom end as it results in more torque, but at the expense of peak power. Here is an engine list to familiarize youself with what the specs are. Certain combinations are prefered as you can read more on k20a . org
