Major EMISSIONS Issue!

Hey guys, let me tell you my emmisions story.
Well I had about 70% of the people i asked, including Zman, tell me that It was okay for me to take my del sol turbo to a drive clean to get the emissions done, instead of getting a fake.

HOWEVER, i have by quite a bit, here are my readings... (the bold text is a fail)

ASM2525 test Curb Idle Test
HC ppm limit - 72 result - 172 ----- limit - 200 result - 219
CO% limit - 0.40 result - 1.38 ----- limit - 1.00 result - o.79
NO ppm limit - 550 result - 2136
RPM VALID RPM - VALID
DILUTION - VALID DILUTION - VALID

My turbo is running 5 lbs with an intercooler, 450 injectors, and tuned with crome software by zman. running exhausts through 21/2 inch piping with a highflow cat.

Just wondering if anyone has any solutions to my problem. As far as i know, i can get a conditional pass from a drive clean facility by spending up to 450 in repairs. If anyone knows a facility where they are a little more leniant please let me know. its al ot of money for just a conditional pass.

you dont have to actually spend $450 on it. what you need is an accredited repair facility to diag the problem. if there is recommended over $450 in repairs before taxes you can get the waiver.

basically they would have to fill out your ERRD form tho and then go to the place you had your test done and get the conditional pass done.

basicallly if someone diagnosed a bad valve that would do it for you cause that would be well over $450.

i would try a regular cat tho and maybe brand new plugs. your not burning your fuel properly it looks like either on idle or driving.
