mpfi setup of EF

Hey folks, trying to do an mpfi conversion, but ef si accessories are so scarce I have opt to take stuff out of an EG dx instead. What EG parts I cannot use to make the mpfi conversion work on my EF?

I’ve done a bit of research and notice the distributor is the same as EF si, but the coil isn’t. I’m pretty sure I will need to convert to obd1 as well if I use an EG computer. Would that be a bit of a hassle?

you could swap over internals from one distributor to the next. See the real issue here is that the distributor won't line up with the tabs on the head. So you could essentially convert to obd1 and change the dizzy and install the misc sensors, but really that is a little too much for just for a simple pgmfi covert. I have nearly a full 1990 pgmfi setup to be sold so pm me or i think this is sam? talk to me on msn... its al.
