my rear wheel is making a squeeling noise.

hey my car making a annoying squeeling noise as i drive, when i turn i believe it stops or quiets down. When i drive straight it gets louder and louder. what could this be? my brake pads are brand new maybe they need to be adjusted.? any help would be great.

when i apply the brakes it stops these are new rotors and pads so it cant be the problem. i researched on here and a couple things mentioned were dust shields hitting something, or slider pins not lubed.. any other thoughts anyone have experience with this.
