Ask your self money? they are both good ways to go but if you have the money go with the aftermarket shocks and lowering springs.

the strut/spring kit is definately better for ride quality, coilovers are a cheap fix, will ride bouncy and fry ur stock struts after a year give or take. i have coilovers, they are fine for my application now, but they are no substitute for a good strut/spring kit.

also, with the coilovers, dont get happy with them and slam the car to the ground, it will screw everything up, u'll blow driveshafts and all kinds of other pricey things. if the suspension bottoms out on bumps, its too low, lift it up.

coilovers are obviously adjustable and benefit the user that tracks or drives their car in the winter. good struts/springs deliver a smoother ride, substantial performance improvements from oem and may cost less.

thanks for the replys guys! I just bought a Tein basic damper for my car.. since they are pretty cheap compare to others. I won't slam the car too low b/c i dont want to worry about speed bumps and ramps. =)
