From neutral to gear D(drive) while pressing the race pedal?

Is it advisable to shift gear from neutral to drive while race pedal is pressed in Honda city (CVT )

No. That's a good way to break your driveline parts.

You can do that but it puts strain on the transmission. The gears engage too harshly and eventually, you could strip them. Unless you are already rolling. If you are in drive, then you throw the car in neutral to coast down a hill, before you shift the car back into drive again, press the gas pedal so that the engine revs to the appropriate RPM, probably around 2000 to 3000, and then you can comfortably shift it back into drive.
