OBD1 MOTOR inside OBD2B car!!
 
Hey, I have 2000 CIVIC SIR which is OBD2B

Iam swapping OBD1 LS MOTOR for it... complete motor. INTAKE MANI. EXHAUST, A/C POWER STEERING...ETC....

do I have to change any parts on the OBD 1 MOTOR...to work for the OBD2b car? ..

use and odb1 computer with a conversion harness. YOu may have to change your 3 wire ivac to a two wire.

need the jumper harness to go from OBD 2 to OBD 1 pay abit more for a quality one itll pay off in the end

he said he has an SiR, which does NOT use the 3 wire IACV

only automatic tranny civics and manual tranny civics with the D16Y7 stock the have the 3 wire
