problems with 2007 honda crv?
 

I have a new 2007 CRV and had had 3 issues with it..the main one being the starter...every few weeks..I turn the key..DEAD..turn again..starts..Honda HQ will not give me a new car..will not keep this one there and give me a rental for more than a few days..they need to keep for a few weeks for it to happen. I paid in full when I got it and I hate this suv now. I always had toyota's..I do not know why I did not stick with Toyota. Is there nothing I can do now? Am I going to have to lose money by trading it in for a toyota? I can not believe Honda will not do more. I am very upset. I have not enjoyed having a new car at all.I have not been going to the dealer where I got the car...too far..so I have been using the local dealer for service..BUT I have a case with HQ Honda and they are the ones who say they can nt do anything if they can not duplicate the issue. This is what is frustrating and I cannot do the lemon law because of the same thing..they have to attempt repairs 3 times and if they cant duplicate it they cant attempt.
