I have a 91 integra 5 speed. When its in neutral it drives smoothly at any speed. But as soon as it goes into gear, the front end or the tranny starts vibrating and shaking. None of my gears grind, and i dont have trouble getting it into gear. What could the problem be?

problem could be almost anything...i'd start with the obvious
CV SHAFTS
Also could be a warped flywheel
id start there if those arent the problem i got a few other things for you to try

yea, my car does that too. it feels like the car is dying when you take out the clutch, and everything vibrates hard. my friend told me its cause the exhuast or something is hitting the frame. not sure if this applys in your situation, just a thought.

maybe a worn tranny mount, put it on jackstands and run the motor with the front wheels off and have a friend look from the side to see whats hitting. Do not have your friend under the car while its running unless you dont like him

Thank u, I solved the problem. It was my driveshaffts. It was in 3 peices when i took it off. I could have died.

i hav same prob dude i changed my cv shafts but still the same so i did tranny mount still the same im thinking warped flywheel and that sucks i really dont wanny drop my tranny again but guess ill have to and so will you sucks to be us lol cya
