Short shifter any help please!

Short shifter any help please!
Hey guys just wanna know on a short shifter how long the peice of metal is from the baring to the pivet ball? Im wondering because im building a short shifter for the hell of it. Thanks for your help guys and girls

i watched a buddy of mine do this at his works shop..
it is pretty good idea and kinda low buck but for the effort you need to put into it a new short shifter would be more practical.
but on the other side .. learning is imperitive for some .. i am own of those type of guys.
no idea as measurements go. i have a sshort shifter at home i can give you dim on the weeekend.

thanks man I was hoping to have it done by this weekend as i only have a hour and half in the shop at school. But yeah iv got nothing better to make so what the hell
