Does anyone know if there is a difference between SiR civic struts and regular CX/DX struts? (for an ek hatch)

i guess what im trying to say is
are the SiR struts any better or worse over the oem struts that come on a dx/cx ek hatchback, and if there are any differences between them

i beleive they list as the same, but don't quote me on that one. Call the dealer and find out if it is the same part number.
