i got civic si.. :(

Any will work but its not the worlds best idea, it causes more stress on the shocks causing them to blow easier, some people never have an issue and some peoples shocks blow an hour after putting them on.

Best advice, buy some after market shocks, Kybs probably, There high quality and there fairly well priced
just my 2 pennys

what your opinion of great may differ far from what someone considers great.
any springs will fit, but dont be cheap, get shocks meant for lowering.

thanks guys... guess i finally settled for Tokico's adjustables, it did cost a little pretty penny, hopefully i can get it done by end of the week.

Thanks again for everybody's input

awsome, what springs did you go with?

Premium Dude 04-10-2006 11:42 PM

Ilumina's are a great choice. It's what I ride on, and trust me, you will thank yourself many times over for getting adjustables.

Yes, Tein, Eibach, HR, and Koni's all support just springs and no coilovers.
