not sure yet, i am trying to see if a garage can fix it today

the reason your check engine light is on is because your changing your tps voltage and the ecu reads a faulty tps due to volatage range. You shouldn't be messing with the TPs at all. The tps sensor reads throttle position and is critical for fuel distribution. Your sugring idle is caused by another problem. I would bleed your coolant system and make sure there is no air in the system. Take the rad cap off and run the car until the rad fan comes on twice and all the air is out. Check your iavc is the first thing you should do and clean it out if it is ditry.

ok i was in midas today and i told them to clean the IACV and i also told them to bleed the coolant. They told me with the new o2 sensor it fixed the surge only a little. He also checked for any vaccuum leaks, but found none. I am waiting on them to call back.

Alright well usually shops do not service iavc as they would most likely call a new one. I would not suggest taking it to a place such as midas as they have no spealities in hondas and acuras unless there is a qualified tech with knowledge on H/A's only. What happens in a shop like that is you get stuck into a normal routine while diagnosing problems such as this and it its hard to narrow down the problem with out digging further into the diagnostics, which can cost you a fair amount. The most common problems with hondas and idle surge is fitv and iacv. Both of these should be cleaned and the circuit should be tested with a multimeter and cooling should be blead. Post back if your problem persists
