What is the best kind of cold air intake for a Honda Civic?

I was wondering what the best kind of cold air intake is for a 99' Civic.

K&M makes a good one. The key is getting a cold rolled single piece unit. Not one that has been welded or has parts to clamp. This generated turbulence in the air flow and reduces horse power gain.

No matter what piping you decide to go with, a k&n works the best.
