i have honda civic 2dr coupe d15 vtec-e i have aem cold air intake direact air funnel located in front of the filter for straight ,dc headers b16 troddle body,jet ecu upgarde,aem pulleys. stage 2 act porformance clutch,short shifter,lighter parts weight of the car is 2015 pounds it was 2369 pounds, i have stabilzer in side the and trunck and underneat the car the car is lower 2inches,i did work on the engine basically its now a stage three vtec change out the whole internals the engine was also ported and polish

what does lowering the car have to do with horse power?

I would say you got about 450 horses. Check out a dyno though to be accurate.

250 ? not on a d15. to get a d series to 250hp n/a takes a shitload of money and more mods then wat he named. he may get 130-180. mabye not even that
