I Have A 94 Civic Hb

My Wipers Are ed - When I Set It To Wipe Every 3 Second(int) Its Doesnt Work And When I Manually Wipe(by Holding Down The Wiper Stick) It Wrks Until I Let Go- The Wipers Will Stay In The Position Of Where I Let Go Of The Wiper Stick

When I Set It To Normal(normal Wipe When It Doesnt Stop) It Works Fine

Ive Notice This Only Happens When It Rains Then Sometimes When My Car Is Heated It Goes Bck To Normal

I Hope U Ppl Understand What Im Trying To Say

Just Wondering What Controls The Wipers? Is It The Ecu? Or Is It Something Else In My Car - Im Guessing Im Leaking And Water Is Getting Into The Wires -

So If Any1 Can Help Me Out That Would Be Great

hey bro. it's your wiper motor; i had-have the identical prob. waiting for it to die before i change.

i had the same problem with my wipers.. took it to a shop, they fixed the wiper motor... but put the wipers on wrong... their f***ed now. Cant take them off nothing. when i turn the wipers on they will wipe the window once and then get caught in eachother. (driver wiper gets stuck in the passenger one)... :retard: rookies...i have to change them too...but their absoulty impossible to get off!!! maybe they super glued them on there, :lmao:
