07 Honda civic SI knocking!?!?
 

This has happened I say 10 times since I got my car (brand new),. When the whell is turned to the right (making right turn or back up right) I hear 1 Knock sound. Not sure where it is coming form. Dont really know much about cars . Can someone tell me what it could be. im going to the dealer today to get my 1st oil change and going to ask them about it. I would like to have a idea of what it is before I go. ThanksWhat ever it is is covered under warranty? does anyone know? The car is only 4 months oldAnd to answer JoshB.... I just wont turn right.. Check your cv & your ball joints. ASAP.. Meineke is a good place to go.

it could be the steering box may need to be changed or fixed

sounds like you are dogging the hell out of it...do you "race" it around cornors? if so its probably your cv joint...after you replace that enough you'll stop that lol trust me i know
